Return Merchandise Authorization Policy
Thank you for your purchase with Vertex Cables Inc. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full OR partial refund, store credit, or an exchange.
However, not all requests get a refund. There are specific cases where a request for a refund doesn’t help.

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen calendar days of the purchase date. Requests exceeding the limited fifteen days will not be entertained.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. As it is safe & fewer chances for any damage during handling. Any damage while returning will not be accepted as well.
Shipping charges are not always the same; they vary based on the product as well as the area you live In.
AUTHENTICATION OF RETURNS
Upon receiving the item for refund, our team will analyze it to check whether the issue described for refunding is authentic. If the reason is genuine by our end, the refund will be approved and will process to the next step for refund or exchange.
However, if the reason is not justified by our team, we are eligible to forfeit your refund request.
You will be updated via email about every step.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds at times take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
- A 5% to 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns (depending upon the case).
- The labels and serial numbers should be intact on the goods returning.
- The goods should be in their original packaging, unless if there is any manufacturing fault.
- The product shouldn’t have used or opened.
- The product must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any special custom-made products will not be returned.
- Goods damaged or in the state of unusable will not be acceptable upon receiving.
